La Resolana
If your body is craving a fresher surrounding, where you feel immersed in the jungle and its sounds without feeling too exposed, we would recommend going to La Resolana. The structure of this house was inspired by the traditional "alares tolimenses", which are the old colonial houses of the Tolima region. These houses are characterized by its long corridors that count with different "social spaces" where people can have a nice conversation right outside their rooms. The uniqueness of the palm leaf roof and the absence of walls and windows around the house is the reason why its spaces remain so fresh. Having the opportunity to constantly glance at this handcrafted masterpiece while we can delight our senses with the colors, textures, sounds and smells of the jungle is a chance you shouldn't let go.

What La Resolana has to offer...
This house was meant to host large groups of people, call it family or friends. We recently decided it would also be nice for smaller groups to be able to visit and use this house as well. That's why we now offer it for less people as well. This house can host up to 20 people in rooms that have shared bathrooms, others with private bathrooms, some have more capacity, some less. You can decide how to Apart from the main house we also have small cabin where people could also share a room and a bathroom. This cabin was initially thought for young people or kids, but is also very comfy and can for sure cover the necessities of travelers who are on a budget or just need a shelter for the night. Feel free to look up the possibilities and decide what suits you best!

Kitchen and Social Areas
La Resolana has a large, well equipped kitchen, several social areas and lots of open spaces to enjoy the outside. You can make yourself feel at home in several nooks, where you won´t have to necessarily spend time with others, while there's spaces where you can gather and have a nice chat with others.

The kitchen is big and has plenty of utensils at your disposal, if you wish to cook:

- big fridges and a freezer

Dinning Spaces
We have a main inner dinning room, where we usually serve breakfast and an outer dinning or workshop area where we also serve lunch or dinner. Other spaces near the pool or living room are also available for dinning. You can let us know where you would prefer to be served.

You must keep in mind that we do have a minimum price or amount of people, depending on the season. During high-season (like vacation dates or holidays) we only rent to a minimum of 12 people or 1'200'000 COP per night and at least 2 nights. During the low season we can open for the minimum of 6 people or 600'000 COP per night. Another important detail to keep in mind is that we don't rent for more than 20 people and we don't make exceptions.
When you rent our house we have one person in charge of cleaning the house for you and helping you out with whatever you may need. This service is obligatory and must be paid. The price per day is of 70'000 COP. If you are more than 6 people, a second person must be taken into account for the same price.
We are pet friendly and don't charge an extra, but please keep in mind the installations must be taken care of as if they were yours.
We are also open to hosting your special events, such as weddings, birthdays or anniversaries, etc.
